This Page will outline the basic shipping policies we follow.
By ordering you acknowledge and accept the terms below Shipping Excluding launch days,
all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day.
Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:
Kuwait: 2-3 days
GCC: 3-6 days
We are not responsible for any duties received apon delivery.
We are NOT responsible for any parcels claimed to be lost or stolen if marked DELIVERED by the carrier company.
Returns:
We do not offer free returns. Meaning any return request, postage for the parcel to be returned
will be paid by the customer.
Return requests can only be accepted if request occurs within 5 days of when it was received.
To return an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (Dust bags, Tags, and unworn).
If the garment is received and perceived otherwise we will deny the return request and send it back to you.
The refunded amount will not include the initial shipping value you paid, as its money already
spent to get the parcel to you. The Shipment fee on your parcel will not be refunded.
Exchanges:
If an exchange is needed you have 5 days from when the item was received to request an exchange.
Postage fee to get the item back to us will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
To exchange an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (Dust bags, Tags, and
